Indoor Air Quality

Breathe Easier — We Test What You Can’t See

Poor indoor air quality can silently impact your health, productivity, and property value. Whether you manage residential units, commercial buildings, or construction sites, our IAQ testing services provide peace of mind and actionable results.

Why Indoor Air Quality Matters

  • Health Risks: Poor air can cause headaches, fatigue, allergies, asthma, and respiratory issues — especially for children, seniors, and tenants with compromised immune systems.

  • Legal Risks: Employers and landlords may be held liable if IAQ-related issues (like mold, lead dust, or asbestos fibers) affect occupants.

  • Comfort & Productivity: Clean air improves tenant satisfaction and workplace performance.

What We Test For

Nova Environmental Group uses industry-standard tools to detect airborne pollutants and contaminants:

- Particulate Matter (PM2.5 / PM10)
- Mold Spores & Fungal Counts (Air-O-Cell)
- Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs)
- Formaldehyde
- Carbon Monoxide & Carbon Dioxide (CO/CO₂)
- Relative Humidity & Temperature
- Asbestos & Lead Dust (when applicable)

🧰 Our IAQ Testing Process

  1. Initial Walkthrough & Site Review

  2. Air Sampling (Strategic Locations)

  3. Lab Analysis (AIHA Accredited Labs)

  4. Detailed Report with Recommendations

  5. Optional Follow-Up & Remediation Referrals
